Ten Years of happy customers

Ive been having regular Botox (3 areas forehead, brows and Crows feet) with Sophie for 5 years now. 

She was recommend by a friend as i was looking for someone qualified and experienced due to my own medical history. I am more than happy and have not been elsewhere since finding Sophie. (I tried a few places. beforehand). Sophie is super professional and knowledgeable. The setting is lovely clean and clinical but also a lovey warm and welcoming environment. Nothing is too much trouble in terms of questions during your consultation or even after the treatment. 

You really do get what you pay for and for top end products and a knowledgeable practitioner Sophie is worth every penny.

I can’t recommend the Dempsey Skin Lab enough. They are not only professional and incredibly knowledgeable, but they also have such a calm and reassuring presence that instantly puts you at ease. I’ve been to other places before where I felt a bit rushed or intimidated—but with Sophie and the Dempsey Skin Lab, it’s completely different. She takes the time to explain everything, really listens to what you want, and never makes you feel pressured. (If anything I’ve been talked out of a couple of things!) I always feel like I’m in the safest hands, and the results speak for themselves—natural, fresh, and exactly what I was hoping for every time. Sophie was the first person I went to when I wanted to start having Botox. I went after a recommendation from a friend. I was so nervous but instantly knew I had made the right decision as I was instantly put at ease. When I arrived to have my very first Botox session, I was anxious and unsure of how it might go, but Sophie made me feel at ease immediately.

She chatted to me about what I would like to get out of my appointment and listened intently.

I was quickly conformable and I knew I was in good hands. The Botox itself was barely painful at all and it was administered very carefully and precisely. When it was completed, Sophie discussed any and all questions I had and answered with care and honesty. I am so happy with the results, I could tell after a few days how it had worked, and Sophie was certain to check in after a few days, a week and 2 weeks too. The aftercare I wasn’t expecting was fantastic!

I will be sure to go back and have this and potentially other procedures again. You can pay for a service but you can’t put a price on talent, professionalism and kindness.

Sophie has been my go to practitioner for Botox injections for quite some years now. Sophie is the only person I would trust to do this as her meticulous attention to detail, professionalism and higher level nursing qualifications really do set her apart from most others who offer these services. 

 I have had botox and dermal fillers with Sophie for the past 8 years. Being 60 now I've had various different dermal filler treatments to strengthen the ligaments in my face and lift and replace lost volume in temples, cheeks and mid face. The difference this actually has to the balance of my whole face and lifting my lower face is amazing. No one has ever been able to pin point what I've even had done but telling me I look amazing and 10 years younger! The not looking overdone part was what I'm always most worried about but luckily this is Sophies speciality and I never have! Can't wait to start some polynucleotides and jalupro next!
